What is Receipt Bank and how can it benefit you?

Updated: Jun 14, 2019

Receipt Bank automatically converts all your invoices and receipts into data which flows through to Xero/MYOB/QBO. Using Receipt Bank means you don’t have to keep receipts in the car/your bag AND no more dropping off shoeboxes of receipts and invoices to us!

How does it work?

The Receipt Bank app means you can take photos of receipts and invoices on the go, wherever you are. Receipt Bank reads the data and sends it straight to your accountant. That means whenever you make a business purchase, you can take a photo of the receipt then throw the paper away.

Receipt Bank is ATO compliant so you don't have to keep every receipt/invoice in boxes in the shed or spare room of your home for 7 years - Receipt Bank holds all documentation and does not delete it.

If you get documentation to us quicker, it enables us to provide real time advice on things like whether you can afford that new piece of equipment for your business, or whether it is feasible to hire more staff etc.
